Public offer
Draft, needs legal review. Seller details haven’t been published yet — wherever they’d go, it says “to be announced”.
1. Parties to the contract
The contract is made with one of two sellers depending on the mode chosen in the cart: without VAT — a sole proprietor; with VAT — a limited liability company. Full legal names and details for both — to be announced.
The ZRAZU storefront isn’t a party to the sale contract — it connects the buyer with one of the sellers.
2. Subject matter
The seller provides domain name registration, registration renewal, domain transfer, SSL certificate issuance and renewal, and related services — DNS hosting and monitoring — within the scope described on the relevant site pages.
Domain registration is carried out in the relevant registry; the seller is not the registry and doesn’t guarantee an outcome that depends on registry rules — for example, the trademark certificate required for a second-level .ua domain.
3. Price and payment
The first-year price is shown on the product page together with the “with VAT” or “without VAT” mode; the renewal price for the following year isn’t covered by this offer and is disclosed separately, before the charge.
Payment is accepted by card, an IBAN invoice, or from the internal balance; the seller checks the domain’s availability with the registry immediately before charging.
4. Refunds
An unused balance, an unfulfilled order, and an unissued certificate are refunded in full. A registered domain and its renewal are not refundable — this is a registry limitation, not the seller’s choice. A seller’s mistake (for example, a double charge) is corrected with a refund without a customer request.
5. Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the cost of the ordered service. The limits of liability toward a consumer are still under legal review; this section will be expanded.
6. Changes to the offer
How the offer’s terms change, and which version applies to an already-paid order, is to be announced.
