ZRAZU EPP for registrars and hosts
You sell domains to your own customers through your own billing — connect it to us over EPP. A module that already works with another Ukrainian supplier over EPP connects by changing the address, login and password, after a check in the sandbox.

Connect in four steps
Your current provider can keep working in parallel, so there is no need to switch everything at once.
- 01Application and contractSign in to your ZRAZU account and fill in the form in the “Reseller” section: billing, zones, volume, contact, EDRPOU code. We reply in your account and by email, then sign the contract.
- 02SandboxOnce the contract is signed, create a sandbox login in your account, point the module at epp-test.zrazu.com:700 with a test balance and run your usual scenario. The sandbox records successful commands itself, so there is nothing to report separately.
- 03Live loginChange the address to epp.zrazu.com:700, plus the login and password. New registrations come to us right away; the old provider can keep working in parallel.
- 04Existing domainsThey move through the registry: you upload a “domain ; code” list in your account. In the Hostmaster zones a transfer is paid and adds 1 year; without a code it cannot be done.
What you get beyond the usual

Prices and balance
- The price list is in US dollars. The balance is charged in hryvnia at the PrivatBank rate (non-cash, sell) on the day of the operation.
- The renewal price is in the price list — “as of today”. You use it to work out your own price for your customer.
- We give 30 days’ notice of a price list change. The exceptions are changes to the registry price and the exchange rate: they apply on the day they take effect.
- The amount is reserved when the command is accepted; if the registry refuses, the reserve returns to your balance.
Security
- An IP allowlist is mandatory: a connection from an address that is not on the list is closed.
- The EPP password is at least 16 characters.
- A client certificate is optional; for the Hostmaster namespaces it is mandatory.
- Bulk-action threshold: when transfer codes, NS changes and owner changes within an hour or a day go over the threshold, further commands wait for confirmation in your account with two-factor authentication.
- A daily summary: how many transfer codes, NS changes and owner changes were made that day.
- “Revoke access” is one button in your account: all sessions close and the EPP password is replaced.
What the partner takes on
The connection is covered by a contract. The registrar or host:
- verifies its customers and their right to manage the domain;
- is responsible for the accuracy of the domain owner data passed in contacts;
- handles abuse complaints about its customers and meets our requirements within the agreed time;
- does not promise its customers more than we promise.
What is not offered
- International zones (gTLD): there is no channel yet.
- The .укр zone: not sold.
- Emulation of other providers’ HTTP APIs: for these there is our API with keys
FAQ
My BILLmanager or HostBill module already works with another supplier over EPP. What do I change?
Three settings: server address, login and password. Connect the module to the sandbox first and run your usual scenario; based on the result we set the compatibility profile — the unit of price and balance.
What happens if my module sends commands that are not in our manual?
We accept the request; unknown extensions are not a reason to refuse it. We check in the sandbox what the server does with it and, if needed, set a compatibility profile.
How do I move my existing domains, and what does it cost?
Through the registry: upload a “domain ; code” list in your account or send a transfer command. In the Hostmaster zones a transfer is paid — it adds 1 year and is charged at the transfer price in your price list; without a code it cannot be done.
Do I need a client certificate?
Optional. For requests in the Hostmaster namespaces it is mandatory. The certificate is issued in your account.
What currency are the account and the charges in?
The price list is in US dollars. The balance is topped up and held in hryvnia, and hryvnia is charged at the PrivatBank rate (non-cash, sell) on the day of the operation.
Can you see my customers?
Only what you pass in contacts and commands yourself. We pass domain owner data to the registry as the recipient of the data. We do not send emails to your customers, except where the registry or the law requires it.
