These are the exact signals we use to offer a paid certificate at all: an organisation, payments on the site, a counterparty’s requirement and compatibility with old systems. No signal — no offer.

What if the recommendation turns out to be wrong?

It’s a pointer, not a final decision: every certificate page has a “when you need it, when you don’t” block to check yourself again.
