Why you can trust us

Not promises, but what’s visible in the interface: prices, privacy, a way to leave.

Prices with no asterisks

  • The struck-through price is the real regular price, not a made-up baseline for a discount.
  • The “with VAT / without VAT” toggle sits next to the price on every page, not only in the cart.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t use pre-checked boxes or countdown timers.
  • We don’t write “only 2 domains left” or other made-up urgency.
  • We don’t call a name “reserved” — there’s no reservation in any zone: only “Watch”, and it’s stated plainly that it isn’t a reservation.
  • We don’t score a name’s “quality” — only facts and a link to the registry.

Search privacy

We don’t keep what you’ve checked for more than 72 hours, and we never register a name you’ve checked.

How to leave

Transfer codes for all your domains and a copy of the DNS zone export in one step, no calls or support tickets required.

What happens if we close

The exact procedure for this is still to be announced. The product already has the basic principle: the domain, its zone, and transfer codes export in one step, so your domains aren’t permanently tied to whether we’re still running.

Incidents

When something breaks, we tell the truth, including our own mistake if there was one.

FAQ

Is Let’s Encrypt really free forever?

Yes, by default and with no hidden condition — as long as the domain uses our nameservers. Reissuing happens automatically.

Can I “reserve” a name while I decide?

No, there’s no reservation in any zone. You can click “Watch” — that’s a status-change notice, not a guarantee of getting the name.

What do you do if there’s a breach or a data leak?

We notify affected people within 72 hours of finding out ourselves — this is our public commitment, not just a legal requirement.
