Where to write, what we check, and how long it takes.
Draft, needs legal review. Seller details haven’t been published yet — wherever they’d go, it says “to be announced”.
Where to write
All abuse reports go to a separate address, which is not the customer support address:
Categories and response times
| Category | Response time |
|---|---|
| Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) | immediately, at any hour, with a mandatory report to law enforcement |
| Phishing | 4 hours |
| Malware, C2 infrastructure | 24 hours |
| Spam sent from the domain | 24–48 hours |
| Copyright infringement | by procedure, without rushing — we’re not a court; we pass the complaint to the customer and require a response |
| Complaint about site content (“I don’t like it”) | we don’t block — a registrar doesn’t moderate site content |
How we handle a report
- 01IntakeAn auto-reply with a case number and a review deadline; staying silent on a report is unacceptable.
- 02VerificationWe verify it ourselves and record evidence — a screenshot, a server response, an independent source; we don’t block on a single email.
- 03Contacting the customerExcept for the CSAM category: we describe the problem and give a deadline to fix it before taking action.
- 04ActionIn increasing order: a warning → suspending the specific service → holding the domain. Always the minimum sufficient action.
Appeal
If you believe a block was a mistake, the appeal is reviewed by a different person than the one who made the decision.
