Rules and documents
Our agreements, registry regulations and the procedure for domain operations. Each document has its own page, version and date.
Who is responsible for what
- Zone registryKeeps the zone’s domain database and sets its regulation. For .UA these are Hostmaster and the administrators of regional zones; for gTLDs, registries operating under ICANN rules.
- RegistrarAccredited by the registry and enters your domain into its database. The registrar of your domain is shown in its WHOIS record.
- SellerTakes the payment and issues the documents: the LLC with VAT, the sole proprietor without VAT, depending on the cart mode.
- You, the domain holderYour rights and obligations are set out in the seller’s offer and in the regulation of your domain’s zone.
Which applies if the offer and the registry regulation differ: for the domain itself in the registry, the zone regulation (ICANN rules for gTLDs); for payment, refunds and our service, the offer; and the law above both. What the offer promises you beyond the regulation, we do.
