1. Two sellers — one storefront

A purchase is fulfilled by one of two sellers: a sole proprietor on a flat tax, not VAT-registered, or a limited company that is VAT-registered.

The cart chooses the seller through the “with VAT / without VAT” mode: “with VAT” is the limited company, “without VAT” is the sole proprietor. One cart is one mode — items from the two modes can’t be mixed in one payment; an item available in only one mode is marked separately in the other.

2. How the mode is chosen

The payer profile is chosen along with the mode — its details from the account go onto the documents. The mode is pre-selected by the payer profile’s type.

An anonymous visitor sees the “without VAT” mode by default; someone signed in sees the mode set by their own payer profile.

3. Documents

The limited company issues a tax invoice and an act. The sole proprietor issues a receipt marked “VAT not charged”.

4. Money, refunds and how you pay

The money stays with the seller who received it: a client can have two separate balances, and a cart is paid from the balance of its own mode. A refund comes from the same seller that received the payment.

Card payment goes through the chosen seller’s payment partner, who also issues the IBAN invoice; payment on account terms is only available with the seller you have a contract with.

5. Renewing a domain

A domain renews in the same mode and for the same payer as last time, until you change this on the domain’s page.

6. The storefront isn’t a party to the contract

ZRAZU is a storefront that connects a buyer with one of the sellers; it isn’t a party to the sale contract itself.
